JCM Consulting, Inc., was organized by Clyde Johnson in 1984 to help employers hire honest dependable people. We first accomplished this by providing employers with a hiring tool to help determine applicants' attitudes toward honesty. While we still market this tool we have through the years provided many other hiring tools and training programs to our clients.
